1. About TutorSheet

TutorSheet (tutorsheet.in) is an AI-powered worksheet generation platform for Indian tutors. We are operated as an individual / sole proprietorship based in India. For questions, contact us at support@tutorsheet.in.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account information: Your name and email address, collected via Google OAuth only when you sign in. We do not collect passwords.
  • Profile information: Tutor display name, institute name, and branding details you provide voluntarily.
  • Usage data: Worksheet generation history, credit transactions, and download records.
  • Payment information: Payment processing is handled entirely by Razorpay. We do not store card numbers, UPI IDs, or any sensitive payment credentials on our servers.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and operate the TutorSheet worksheet generation service.
  • To process credit purchases and maintain your wallet balance.
  • To personalise generated worksheets with your institute branding.
  • To send transactional emails related to your account (e.g., payment confirmations).
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored on Supabase (hosted on AWS), using servers that may be located outside India. By using TutorSheet, you consent to this transfer. We use industry-standard security measures including row-level security (RLS) and encrypted connections.

5. Cookies

We use session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies. You can clear cookies at any time through your browser settings, which will sign you out.

6. Third-Party Services

  • Google OAuth: Used for authentication only. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
  • Razorpay: Used for payment processing. Governed by Razorpay's Privacy Policy.
  • Google Gemini AI: Worksheet content is generated using Google's Gemini API. Prompts are not linked to personally identifiable information.

7. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

8. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data as long as your account is active. To request deletion of your account and associated data, email us at support@tutorsheet.in. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
