Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy
All credit purchases on TutorSheet (tutorsheet.in) are final and non-refundable once the credits have been added to your wallet and are available for use. Please review your purchase carefully before completing payment.
2. Automatic Refunds — Technical Failure
TutorSheet automatically refunds credits in the following situation:
- Credits are deducted from your wallet, but the worksheet PDF fails to generate due to a technical error on our side.
In this case, the deducted credits are automatically restored to your wallet. No action is required from you. You can verify your current balance on the Wallet page.
3. Eligible Refund Scenarios
A monetary refund (back to your original payment method) may be considered in the following cases:
- Payment was successfully charged but credits were not added to your wallet due to a payment gateway error.
- A duplicate transaction was processed and you were charged twice for the same order.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Credits that have already been used to download worksheets.
- Unused credits — credits do not expire and remain available in your wallet.
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated worksheet content (please review worksheets before distributing to students).
- Accidental purchases.
5. How to Raise a Dispute
To raise a refund dispute, email support@tutorsheet.in with:
- Your registered email address.
- The Razorpay payment ID or order ID.
- A brief description of the issue.
We will review and respond within 48 hours. Disputes must be raised within 7 days of the transaction date.
6. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
