Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TutorSheet (tutorsheet.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Service Description

TutorSheet is an AI-powered worksheet generation platform for Indian tutors. The service allows users to generate, customise, and download curriculum-aligned worksheets (CBSE/ICSE, Grades 1–8) as PDF files.

3. Credits & Pricing

  • The platform operates on a credit-based system. 1 credit = 1 PDF download.
  • New accounts receive 3 free trial credits upon signup.
  • Credits are purchased in packs. Current pricing:
    • Trial — 3 credits (Free)
    • Starter — 15 credits at ₹299
    • Standard — 40 credits at ₹599
    • Growth — 90 credits at ₹999
    • Pro — 200 credits at ₹1,999
  • Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.
  • Pricing may change. Existing purchased credits will not be affected by price changes.

4. Refund Policy

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except in cases where:

  • The payment was charged but credits were not added to your wallet due to a technical error.
  • A duplicate transaction was processed.

To request a refund for the above cases, email support@tutorsheet.in within 7 days of the transaction with your payment reference ID. We will review and respond within 5 business days.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. By making a purchase, you also agree to Razorpay's Terms of Service. TutorSheet does not store any card, UPI, or banking credentials.

6. User Responsibilities

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make purchases.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
  • Generated worksheets are for personal educational use only. Commercial redistribution requires explicit written permission from TutorSheet.
  • You may not use the service to generate content that is harmful, misleading, or violates any applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

TutorSheet grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use generated worksheets for your own tutoring activities. The TutorSheet platform, branding, and underlying software remain the intellectual property of TutorSheet.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content should be reviewed before use. TutorSheet does not guarantee that all generated content is error-free or perfectly aligned with your specific curriculum requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

TutorSheet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
